Wednesday 3rd of September – Edda

Welcome reception at Edda the house of the Icelandic manuscripts – the nation’s most precious cultural heritage. The manuscripts contain many ancient and renowned sagas and poems, but also various other texts that reflect how previous generations thought about their lives and their society.

There will be a short cultural introduction and refreshments.

Wednesday 3rd of September - Exploring Reykjavík + SKOR 

After the reception we will walk through Reykjavík city centre and end at SKOR where we will have burgers and play darts.  

LIKE BOWLING. EXCEPT DARTS. Monitor controls the gameplay. Easier, more accessible and more fun than regular darts. 

Cost: 3.900 ISK per person, drink is not included.

Thursday 4th of September - Symposium dinner at Skíðaskálinn Hveradölum 

The symposium dinner is situated in Skíðaskálinn Hveradölum, a short distance outside Reykjavik. Before dinner you can explore the hot spring area on hovering trails just outside the building.
