RATES AND CONDITIONS
Registration fee: 64.000 ISK
Student fee: 46.000 ISK
The registration fee includes:
- Access to all sessions and conference material
- Lunch and coffee as indicated in the program
- Edda welcome reception
Additional cost:
- Wednesday 3rd: Burger and darts at SKOR 3.900 ISK
- Thursday 4th : Symposium dinner at Skíðaskálinn Hveradölum 14.400 ISK
ACCOMMODATION/HOTEL INFORMATION
We have pre-booked rooms for the delegates at the conference Hotel. The below rates are valid when accommodation is booked via the registration form. All room rates include breakfast and VAT. Bookings will be invoiced together with the Conference fee.
34.900 ISK standard single room per night including breakfast
39.800 ISK standard double room (shared room) per night including breakfast
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to thorunn@atconferences.is
Cancellations before 3 August 2025 will receive a full refund less ISK 12.000 administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 3 August 2025, but changes can be made at any time. The conference organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the conference. Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 4 weeks before arrival date. Neither the organizers of the conference nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations. Service fee for all changes is ISK 5.500,-
